Your vacation can remain flexible with our easy to follow cancellation policy.
A Visa or MasterCard is required for advance reservations. Reservations totaling less than US$700 may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the tours departure for a full refund. Cancellations within the 48-hour period prior to the tours departure will receive a 50% refund.
Reservations totaling more than US$700 within a seven-day period can be canceled up to 30 days prior to the tours departure for a full refund. Cancellations from 30 days to 48 hours prior to the tours departure will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations within the 48-hours prior to the tours departure.
Note: There is no refund for “no shows” or the failure to be at the correct pick up location at the correct time. The state of Utah is in the Mountain Standard Time Zone. Please verify the correct time in Utah if you are traveling from out of state. Travel Insurance is always recommended. Prices are subject to change.
